A design for a 25,000 sq. ft. addition to Catholic University of America’s architecture school that reuses the existing shell of the gymnasium to provide flexible spaces for teaching and design. The spaces in and around the building became sites of public access and interaction. 

Our proposal employs location-specific environmental design and building technology strategies to produce healthy and productive interior spaces with minimal environmental impact.
