A proposal for the 2011 Vlock Design-Build Project in which 45 Students and I designed and built a house with attached rental unit for a low-income family.

In this 2,500 sq. ft. house on a narrow lot, the design objective was to create spaces that are both intimate and luxurious within a small building footprint and tight envelope.
